About Martin Bay
I am a Danish nature photographer working with calm, simplicity and honesty.
My work is rooted in the Scandinavian landscape – shaped by wind, weather and changing light. I am drawn to quiet scenes, subtle contrasts and moments where nature stands on its own, without explanation.
With a background in biology, my approach to photography is grounded in observation and respect. I photograph nature as it is – not constructed, not enhanced, and without the use of artificial intelligence.
Alongside my personal work, I am co-founder of Foto Factory, where my photographs are produced as high-quality prints. Martin Bay Studio is the place where the work begins – where the ideas, images and way of seeing take form.
I live and work in Denmark.
